Best & Worst DVC Grand Villas at Walt Disney World

I reached out to the My DVC Points Community on Facebook and asked, Which is your favorite DVC Grand Villa at Walt Disney World? I reveal which Grand Villas are the favorites and which are not. Please keep in mind, this is based solely on the room itself, not the resort, view etc.

I love your videos. I’ve been a DVC member for a long time now & never cared much about where in the resort I’ve stayed. But now that I have had multiple foot surgeries, I can’t walk well so proximity to elevators etc is now very important to me.

Concerning the grand villas. It matters how many people you are bringing and how many are moody/slobish teens. For example, I have 3 nephews, 2 sons and 1 daughter–all teens/adultlings. When we have 12 people in the suite (me/hubby, my parents, my brother/sis-law + all the kids) I want NONE of them to sleep on a couch in the main room because they are all slobs. I can’t put my daughter in a bed with the boys so having a large laundry room that fits a single air mattress or a second pull out bed on a second floor (like Bay Lake or Kidani) is good. Both is better. Honestly, the Grand Floridian is the best because the media room is an entire 4th bedroom. Unfortunately I can’t afford it!

The one issue with Key West 3 bedroom is that one of the bedrooms on the second floor only has full beds not queens, which matters for family who are 6’6″.
